As a teacher I aim to deliver personalised Yoga Classes that you can enjoy at the most convenient times for you and in the most convenient location for you – be it at home or work, in your living room or on the beach, with friends or on your own.
I am able to teach a variety of styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative yoga) and I like our practise to be what you, the client, need that day - some days we will practise something fast, sometimes something slow, it will all depend on you!
